How To Book

You can easily book your tour or holiday with us online by clicking on the big blue “Book Online” button on each tour webpage. Payment is not taken at this stage, and you can still finalise the details if needed by e-mail.

Step 1

Clicking on the Book Online button will open a new window where you can check availability and prices.

From the drop down menu select the month of your tour, then the number in your group. The calendar below will update to show the total price on each available date.

Click on your chosen tour date to move to the next step.

Your booking summary is displayed. Below are any available options for the tour e.g. Pick up and drop off places, accommodation or dinner supplements.

Select if required or leave blank and click Continue.

You can see a detailed breakdown of your booking.

Enter your details in the booking form. Red stars are for mandatory information.

In the notes or special requirements, please include any extra information e.g. dietery requirements for hotel bookings. If you would like to change the default tour booking, you can include a request here.

The details of your booking are on this page. The booking form is our contract with you, so we do recommend you check it before sending!

Check the summary is correct with any additional options you have added. At this stage, you can submit the booking form without making a payment, select the ‘pay later’ option. If you’re ready, you can make a deposit payment or full payment for your tour/holiday. Deposit payments can be made for tours which start 28 days or later. Full payment will be asked for if within 28 days.
One day and two day tours with no accommodation can be paid in cash on the day. In this case, select the ‘pay later’ option.

The last thing to do is read the Terms & Conditions and then select the check box to accept.

Click on the “Confirm Booking” button and that’s it.

A booking email will arrive in your inbox and ours. We will contact you by email or phone to confirm everything, make any changes to the itinerary should you require them, take payment and say a big thank you!
