How do I book a Rosehill Travel holiday?
Our tours and holidays are divided in to simple categories by location. The Cotswolds, The Lake District, Other Destinations. If your looking for a chauffeur transfer or chauffeur hire, head over to this page. Just select the category you are interested in from the main navigation and you will see all the tours and holidays for that category. If you can’t see exactly what you want, make an enquiry via our Tailor-made page.

What happens after I’ve booked?
When we recieve a new booking, we will reply witin 24 hours.
Tours: We will contact you and confirm your booking within 24 hours
Holidays & Short Breaks: We will contact you within 24 hours. A 15% deposit will be required to guarantee the booking. If for any reason we can not fulfil your booking we will refund in full the deposit. Then we will confirm availability of hotel, tour, transfer and anything else you booked within three working days. Final payment will be due at least 28 days before the start of your holiday.
I’m worried about paying you all this money?
Dont worry! For your financial protection Rosehill Travel is a member of Trust My Travel and our membership number is TMT37964. All client money, whether by bank transfer or card payment is paid into an independently managed Trust Account held at Barclays Bank in the UK. This means in the unlikely event of our financial failure you will receive a refund for the services you have paid for. Money is not received by us until all suppliers have have been paid and you have completed your trip.

No problem. We work with many of the local hotels and bed & breakfasts and know all the best places. We can advise you where to stay and make accommodation bookings for you. Check out our accommodation page for some pointers!
What currency do I have to make payments in?
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP – £).
Can I pay by Credit Card?
Yes. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express
Are the quoted prices inclusive of taxes and surcharges?
Yes. All prices are fully inclusive unless stated.
